Good cajun shrimp. Smaller shrimp are better IMO. Makes four servings, 170cal/ea.

Ingredients

Recipe

  1. Mix shrimp, oil, and spices in a medium bowl

  2. Optionally cover and marinate in the fridge for 24 hours

  3. Heat a large skillet on medium-high for two minutes

  4. Add a light layer of oil

  5. Cook shrimp in batches for about 2 minutes per side
