Garlic Glazed Salmon
Great funky flavor. Add feta cheese roasted asparagus. Makes four servings, 1170 calories each.
Ingredients
- 2lb Salmon
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Minced Garlic
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tap Black Pepper
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk together the oil, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Line a baking pan with aluminum foil. Place the salmon on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fold the sides of the foil up around the salmon. Pour the glaze over the salmon. Cover the salmon with foil and seal.
Bake for 20-25 mins, until salmon is fully cooked.
Remove the top foil and baste the salmon with the sauce in the foil.
Broil until brown and caramelized, about 3-5 minutes.
